Our inaugural issue will launch June 21, 2021. We are looking for stories, essays and poetry that focus on the lives of women. We are looking for well rounded characters.
We are also writers and submit our work. We are committed to providing feedback on work submitted, responding to submissions within a month and to paying for published stories, essays and poetry.
We will open for submissions on April 21, 2021.

It depends. I have read many novels that each chapter has a story arc and as a reader I got a satisfying sense of completion (while still hungry for the next chapter). I think those type of excerpts make great pieces of short fiction.

I will submit an excerpt from the MS of my third novel Another Man Lost. It is a story within the larger fiction. It carries a theme of bias against an Irish woman in Portland.

I am so happy to have have this site. It looks really cool! Everything I write is about the lives of women, so I will be sure to submit something soon. Will you be accepting submissions monthly, quarterly, or will it be more random?

We will accept submissions monthly for a feature called moonbites. There’s so pay for those but we will partner with the writer to create an Instagram deck and promote their work. We will also be open for submission for two months each quarter for our quarterly online journal. We pay authors for those pieces. We also work to promote those pieces too.
