QUANTUM DILEMMA

By Stephen Sesto

I reached your event horizon

Then slowly slipped over the edge
Yet you were not holographic
As physicists hypothesize
The Universe to be
No, you were real
For I could see and feel
Pure love shining in your eyes
So I was glad to slip over the edge
Drawn into the unknown
That is your realm
Despite any consequences
Or the possibility
It was all nothing but an illusion
And I but a misguided fool
